Pam has over 15 years experience working with children and adults who have communication challenges. Pam is a wife and a mother of two beautiful children and knows all too well how life can keep us all very busy.
My goal is to empower clients and families to focus on speech and language “homework” throughout their busy day thus reducing the need to sit down at the table and do yet more homework!
I am based in Regina and I specialize in assessing and treating oral motor problems that may underlie many articulation difficulties (speech sounds) and/or impact progression of feeding skills.
Pam graduated with her Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks, ND in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996. Between 1996 and 2001, Pam held teaching positions as a teaching assistant, classroom teacher, and a Special Education Teacher that helped her learn how to better support students and children who were struggling in school. Pam has a range of clinical experience working with toddlers, preschool aged children, early elementary aged children (grades K-6) and Adults following stroke or brain injury in both health and educational settings.
